NIGHTLY RATES:
$60.00 - $75.00 per night.
Spring, Summer & Fall (no Winter).
2 night minimum. 20/30/50 amp full hookups.
For the quickest response time, please use the reservation request form on this page.
Self-contained RVs, travel trailers and motorhomes only. We do not have tent sites.

One family per camper (2 adults 3 dependent children up to 18 years)
$6.00 a night per extra person. $3.00 extra a night per dog. $10.00 extra a night for trailers up to a certain length.
All sites have Water-Sewer-Electric 20/30/50 Amps.
2 night minimum summer/winter season, 3 night minimum holiday weekends.

CABIN PRICING:
Nightly - $200.00 + 9% lodging tax. 7 day minimum.
Monthly - $2,200.00 + lodging tax [$73.33 a night].

Our goal is to provide quiet enjoyment for all of our guests. We ask that all campers follow these basic rules:

We welcome pets, but at the discretion of management. Pets must be leashed at all times, and must be cleaned up after immediately. Pets must be quiet and may not be left unattended.
Please conserve water, as we are on a well.
Campsites must be kept neat and sanitary.
If you are planing to have a guest visit you, there is paper work that needs to be filled out and a fee as they arrive. Guests park in the guest parking area.
Quiet time is 10:00 PM. – 8:00 AM.

Seasonal Sites

4 month seasonal $3,900.00 NON REFUNDABLE plus metered electric (I text everyone their own electric bill at the end of each month). $300.00 security deposit, refundable to you when you leave. $1,000.00 NON REFUNDABLE deposit to hold site. The rest is due before going onto site along with paperwork.
6 month seasonal $5,000.00 NON REFUNDABLE plus metered electric (I text everyone their own electric bill once a month). $300.00 security deposit, refundable to you when you leave. $1,500.00 NON REFUNDABLE deposit to hold site. The rest is due upon arrival before going onto site along with paperwork.

Seasonal campers cannot exceed 10 years, once in, monitored.
Seasonal campers are responsible for keeping your area up, or we will do it for you for a fee.

NO POP UPS OR TENT SITES available at this time; WE DO NOT HAVE BATH HOUSES.
No Motorcycles at any time … Safety issue (soft gravel and frost in spring and fall).
Storm Outages: Refunds and/or amount of refund during storm outages determined by DLC owner at time of stay.
